Most clients begin with The Initiate Mentorship. From there, we determine whether deeper mentorship or physical training is the right next step.
How to Start
OPTION 1: BOOK AN INITIATE SESSION
The Initiate Mentorship is the entry point.

In-person (outdoors) or virtual
Focused on regulation, clarity, and direction
